We are inundated with Zen CG’s and sweet chats/messages from him. Days 1-4 were all right (although I had trouble taking Yoosung’s character seriously), but 5-7 were the worst. I did enjoy allowing her to get pissed after the bomb threat though. MC plays out as a warm and caring individual, but her whole life revolves around Zen and the parties now, and it’s all very bleh. Also, starting Day 5 (when I’d “locked in” his route), the optimal choices to continue down his route felt super awkward - there’s no way I would be whining about how much I missed some guy in a chatroom full of strangers after just a few days of meeting the dude online!
But he’s also the world’s biggest narcissist - and to “beat” his route, I quickly realized that you have to constantly feed his ego, and that got annoying super fast.
Zen’s a sweetheart, and I love all the selfies that the game threw at me. Silly premise aside, I stumbled across Zen’s route like most first time players, and…oh, man.
